State officials and members of CEA's Earthquake Brace + Bolt (EBB) program joined to announce the $13.2 million in grant funding for homeowners to help offset the cost of a seismic retrofit. Homeowners in select higher-risk ZIP Codes can receive up to $3,000. The online registration for the program will close on March 19.
