Rancho Mirage Town Hall Forum on CEA Earthquake Insurance
Hundreds of Rancho Mirage residents participated in an earthquake preparedness Town Hall Forum focused on earthquake Insurance. CEA educated residents about their local earthquake risk and informed them about affordable earthquake insurance rates available from CEA.
The Rancho Mirage Emergency Preparedness Commission invited the California Earthquake Authority to educate its residents about the importance to be prepared to survive and recover from the next damaging earthquake. The meeting took place on February 13, 2019, at the Rancho Mirage Public Library, where more than two hundred residents gathered to attend the meeting. The participants received information that ranged from the earthquake risk in their area to ways to help minimize their financial loss when an earthquake strikes. CEA’s Chris Nance explained the various earthquake insurance coverage options CEA currently offers to meet each policyholder’s needs and budget.
