Chief Administrative Officer
Zerlinia “Z” Moore joined the CEA team in April 2023 as the Chief Administrative Officer. Her responsibilities include overseeing human resources, facilities, and project management.
Prior to joining CEA, Z held administration and human resources positions—most recently in California High-Speed Rail Authority as the Deputy Chief of Staff in Program Delivery. Z has more than 20 years of State administrative operations experience addressing complex administrative issues, and over 14 years of building and implementing programs in State service. In 2020, she was recognized by Cal HR for her important contributions with an Extraordinary Leadership Award.
Outside of the office, Z keeps busy by spending time with her husband and five children. She enjoys travel, basketball, taking in the fresh air on her Harley Davidson Motorcycle with her husband, and watching her children play sports.
