Insurance-Policy Payments and Applications

Please do not mail CEA insurance-policy payments or applications directly to the CEA.  All administrative functions associated with CEA earthquake policies are handled by participating insurance companies.  Please send payments and applications for CEA insurance directly to the participating insurance company through which your policy is written. 

Hours of Operation

CEA hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time.  The CEA observes State of California official holidays and is closed on the following days:
