CEA Mitigation Program Partner RFQ
The California Earthquake Authority (CEA), is seeking to retain an administrator for a California state-wide Residential Retrofit Brace and Bolt (R2B2) seismic retrofit program. The administrative responsibilities include in part, screening applicants to ensure their residential structures qualify for this R2B2 program; tracking building contractors who are trained and qualified to perform residential brace and bolt retrofits; and, administering the processes associated with providing financial incentives to qualifying homeowners who complete the R2B2 upgrades to their houses.
