For Renters policies that began or renewed in 2015, there are the following coverages:
- Personal Property
- Emergency Repairs
- Loss of Use
- Personal Property (belongings like TVs and furniture) – up to $100,000 with a flat $750 deductible.
- Loss of Use—the additional costs to live elsewhere following an earthquake—is covered up to $25,000 without a deductible.
- Emergency Repairs—such as removing broken glass from your furniture after an earthquake—is included as the lesser of $1,000 or 5% of your Personal Property coverage limit.
None after Personal Property deductible is met
